Oh, and I love the play on words in the title. Clever.
I bought some books from this guy a few weeks ago. He has tons of great titles. I wonder if he is doing this weekly...
Also: garage sales.
i once got a first edition print of "black beauty" at a garage sale for 35 cents. i went back and told the seller since i felt like i was totally ripping her off, but she told me to keep it and give it to my kids or something.
Just FYI, there is a cute, well-stocked, thoughtfully-organised used bookstore just a short walk from that location. It is located at the NW corner of Spadina Ave and Sussex Ave (south of the Beer Store and Post Office, where the Spadina streetcar debouches to ground level). I don't recall the name, but it is a great place to spend an hour perusing if books are your thing.
