Tinfoil chapeaux to be judged by Matt Blackett (of Spacing magazine and m@b), Astrid Bin (performance and media artist), and Brian Tao (photographer of Luxography.ca).
Doors at 7pm
Hat-building (bring your own tinfoil)starts at 8pm
Judging at 9:30
Music at 10pm
