Radar: Nick Carter, Iceland stories, Pioneer and Bad Fever, Hollywoodland, Mark Munroe and Paris Black
MUSIC | Nick Carter at Revival
Nick Carter plays an intimate acoustic show at Revival tonight. This former Backstreet Boy rose to fame while only 12 years old with the boy band supergroup, traveling the world for over a decade. He came into his own with his solo album, "Now Or Never" in 2007, which charted nicely, as did its single "Help Me". This will be a rare and special show for Carter's TO fans.

FILM | Free Favourites at Four presents "Waban-Aki: People from Where the Sun Rises"
Today's Feature in the "Free Favourites at Four" series is "Waban-Aki: People from Where the Sun Rises" - a chronicle of the Abenaki folks of Odenak, as told by two women. One of the women is Alanis Obomsawin, the film's director, and a well-known filmmaker who has produced upwards of 30 documentaries concerning Aboriginal people. This is Obomsawin's return to her roots, as she is of Abenaki decent herself, and this adds an extra dimension to her telling of their story.
