Audio & Video: The Wilderness of Manitoba on Southern Souls, The Rural Alberta Advantage perform new song live, Feist strips down, Daytrotter features Diamond Rings, a special Audio Blood Media Holiday Mixtape & lots more

This week's Audio & Video round-up features a bevy of media from some of Toronto's favourite acts, including a Southern Souls session with the Wilderness of Manitoba, Run With The Kittens on BalconyTV, an ExploreMusic interview with the talented Luke Doucet, and courtesy of fellow BlogTO writer Matthew McAndrew: the Rural Alberta Advantage and Holy Fuck live from Madrid, Spain.

Plus, we've got loads of audio to kick off the season of giving, starting with our friends at Audio Blood Media, who offer up a new Mixtape featuring several of their artists, four tracks (of 13) from the Feist documentary bonus CD, a new song from the Skeletones Four, and the most recent Daytrotter session featuring Diamond Rings. Finally, this past week Toronto hosted both Ra Ra Riot and the Lowest of the Low anniversary shows, and we've got the fan footage in Toronto Live.
