No Shame in Talkin' About the Weather

Ever imagine that a music video could be affected by the weather?

Mike Milosh, a local electronica artist, has just unleashed The Unseen Video - a completely dynamic, weather controlled music video to accompany his track - "You Make Me Feel".

Controlled by the viewer's current position in space and time (IP address, current temperature, next sunrise, etc), the visuals crinkle and swell by calling on specific variables.

It's fascinating that as the viewer, you get to abandon the passive persona and participate in the creative process. Even though you can't control the variables, there's a feeling of involvement here that's very unique.

From the makers Daniel Scheibel and Ferdinand Weinrother: "We want to create new synergies between the music, the video and the surroundings of the viewer. Every little change results in a new video. You'll never see the same exact video. It slightly changes within an hour, but probably has a whole new character in six months."
