The website makes it easy for fashion-savvy individuals to vintage shop sans the weird smell, presenting customers with a super clean layout and views of every garment at every angle. Clothing swaps are taking the sustainable world by storm, and Uniiverse and the Touchstone Youth Centre know it. Next Tuesday (August 14), the pair are collaborating to host a non-profit swap at The industREALarts Room (688 Richmond Street West) from 7 pm until 9 pm. If you need more incentive to attend other than being green and cleaning out your cluttered closets, there will be complimentary Starbucks and cupcake tastings. For most retailers, sale season is coming to a slow but sure end as summer fashions are picked off messy sale racks and fall collections start trickling in.
