Fashion and Philanthropy: The Pink Bedroom Party

Fashion week brings out the parties in the city. Clubs like Ultra and the State Theater are having special fashion parties almost every night. The Pink Bedroom Party is a little different because it combines fashion and philanthropy. All proceeds of the party go to The Campbell Family Institute for Breast Cancer research.

This is the fifth incarnation of the Pink Bedroom Party hosted by Jeanne Lottie. This year's theme is celebrity. Guests will enjoy a glamorous world where they are the star. That means pampering and paparazzi. All night long, there will be complimentary make-up and hair touch ups and hand massages provided by top stylists. The VIP guests will receive a fabulous gift bag courtesy of the Pink Bedroom Party sponsors.

Other entertainment includes a fashion show and musical guests. The Crystal Dream fashion show will feature Jeannie Lottie shoes and handbags, fragrance and accessories. Canada's own jacksoul will start the kick off the after party, which will be followed by a DJ and dancing. You can still get after party tickets for tonight's event which starts at 9:30pm. Remember the dress code is celebrity elegant.

Jane Ip is the founder and designer of Jeanne Lottie Fashions and organizes the Pink Bedroom Party events which attracted over 1500 guests last year.
