Well, parents of today can now turn to www.gogreenbaby.ca, a site started by Shawne McKeown, a local mom who "decided to start this project after my daughter was born. I want to take positive action to improve the world she'll grow up in. I found it very hard to track down specific services or products in the GTA that were easy on the environment."

Unable to find an online resource that compiled all she needed to know in one place, she decided to start her own. Thanks to her hard work, you can now visit her site to get links to all sorts of green baby stuff, tips on bringing up baby in a more environmentally responsible manner, and product reviews. Not bad, considering that the site's fairly new and is open to all sorts of user contributions. It'll be interesting to watch this site as it grows.
