Tomorrow afternoon, tell Mayor David Miller what he and the City of Toronto should do to combat this pesky thing we call climate change. The City hosts the Climate Change Action Forum which encourages all Torontonians to attend and "shape the City's Climate Change and Clean Air Action Plan."

Before attending the forum, all participants are encouraged to read the City's existing framework on the environment, "Change is in the Air." The document includes 27 potential steps Toronto can take to reduce emissions. They include:

- Retrofitting 50% of single-family homes and small businesses for energy efficiency by 2020
- Reducing the personal use of small engines such as leaf blowers and gas mowers
- Expanding and extending programs that support renewable energy

These and other potential actions will likely be discussed so if you have something to say about how Toronto can reduce its ecological footprint, tomorrow's forum is a great place to be heard.

The Climate Change Action Forum takes place from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Hall C of the Direct Energy Centre (where the Green Living show is). The event is free but you must register on the phone at (416) 338-0338.
