Occupy Toronto court

How will the judge rule in the Occupy Toronto case?

What better subject for a Friday poll than the Occupy Toronto case to keep the encampment at St. James Park, which goes before Justice David Brown today? News broke yesterday evening that a decision likely won't come until Monday, but that need not prevent us from engaging in some mostly baseless speculation about whether the occupation will be allowed to continue come that time.

It strikes me that much of the discussion that's erupted since the occupiers were granted an interim injunction has been organized around the question of whether or not they should or should not be booted from the park. Instead of rehashing this debate, which has actually been going on since the beginning of the protest, let's pretend we're all legal experts and predict how the judge will rule — regardless of what one thinks he should do. It won't be scientific, and it's a guarantee that some will use the poll to express their displeasure, but I remain curious about what everyone is expecting will happen as the issue goes before the courts.
