The Hell's Angels clubhouse down on Eastern Avenue is being raided by OPP and Toronto police this morning (7:30am, no web link yet, this news is just breaking).

Get your street-food groove on. If the chair of the Toronto Board of Health has his way, we'll be having a street-food festival this summer, and samosas and other ethnic foods might be approved for sale by street vendors permanently.

The Leafs playoff hopes are still alive, after a dramatic overtime victory last night over Philadelphia. Things are shaping up for an exciting finish to the season, and the upcoming match versus Montreal this weekend could be the deciding game.

The Tie Domi circus continues. The league is now involved, and the former Leafs bruiser is rumoured to be suing his son's hockey coach for half a million bucks. So much for recreational sport being about fun for kids!

Ontario has decided it wants to begin charging bottlers of Great Lakes water. Am I scratching my head for good reason? Am I reading this right? $3.71 per million litres?!

Mountain Equipment Co-op is giving 1% of its profit revenue (about $2million annually) back to the environment. If banks did the same (or even better), we'd have a decent climate change war chest.
