The discovery of the body of a dead Niagara region sex worker (the 5th such finding since 1996) is creating fears that there may be a serial killer still on the loose.

Harper and McGuinty hung out this weekend. More federal money has been promised to Ontario to help fight climate change and improve transit. How will this affect Miller's strategy to get more money for Toronto?
