The earlier than normal "spring forward" time change happened this weekend, without any reported catastrophic Y2K7 effects thus far.

Some sad news - an elderly woman has died from injuries sustained after being hit by a TTC bus on Friday.

Toronto Police are facing a $2.6million lawsuit after a Muslim man was injured by plain-clothed police officers. The case claims that the man was a victim of racial stereotyping, that the police didn't identify themselves as officers, and that police used excessive force.

The executive director of the NHL Players Association has been suspended with pay for allegedly accessing players private email accounts.

Considering teacher's college? Apparently we're seeing the exact opposite of the situation a decade ago, as teacher's colleges are seeing twice as many applicants than they can accept. Better make that application stand out!
