Artist Project Toronto 2012

Photos of the 2012 Artist Project

The 2012 Artist Project took place this weekend at the Peter Dickinson-designed Queen Elizabeth Building, featuring the work of roughly 200 artists of both the emerging and established variety. The majority of those who participated are locally based, but there was also an international presence scattered about the show. One of the bigger art fair-like events of the year in Toronto, the quality of the work tends to vary along with the age and experience of the artists involved.

There were, however, many impressive pieces to be seen — and it's a good bet that prospective collectors made a few discoveries over the weekend. Here's a photo roundup of this year's event for those who didn't make it out to the festivities.
