Toronto Panoramas photos

Toronto panoramas

Toronto panoramas seem like a rather natural subject for a Friday photo essay. Regardless of how the effect is achieved -- with, perhaps, the exception of those photos that are just heavily cropped -- panoramas provide a sort of double satisfaction. As much as they're enticing from a distance, the real reward is the detail saved for those who zoom in or get up close to the image.

Unfortunately, that means that I can only offer one half of the experience of viewing a good panorama. To fully appreciate these photos, one should really follow the links to the photographers Flickr streams, where larger sizes of each image are available. For more panoramas of Toronto, check out the whole collection in the blogTO Flickr pool.
