Taking over the former location of naughty bar and lounge Laide (and helmed by the same managers), this new BBQ restaurant and bar takes it cues from Texas. With a concise, but well-executed menu of smokehouse favourites, each of the meat-heavy items are served without fuss in plastic containers lined with wax paper. Oh, and the bourbon sours are out of this world.
