Plaza Flamingo gets a makeover (and a new name)
Taking over the former home of Plaza Flamingo, this new spot on College St. offers cheap eats on red checkered tablecloths--including a $9 steak--and a full-service bar. More importantly, however, there's also music in the form of DJs and live bands.
