Eastern France re-lived in Baldwin Village
With Marc Thuet's cooking more of a distant memory these days, it's good to know that quality Alsatian cuisine in Toronto isn't hard to find. Opened earlier this year, this romantic Baldwin Village restaurant ably recreates the classics and swiftly brings me back to my days in Eastern France.
