While the advent of gluten-free bagels is still something to be desired, this Bathurst St. bakery--known foremost for its bagels--has an ever-growing selection of gluten-free goods. Its most popular Celiac-friendly offerings include its specialty quinoa, mozzarella and oregano, and chickpea loaves. But while easy to digest, these $8.50 apiece loaves are not exactly easy on the pocketbook.
