Chinatown might not be an obvious place to pour buckets of money into Toronto's latest boutique hotel but that's exactly what's transpired a short walk north of Queen on Spadina. Housed in an old textile factory, the hotel isn't quite ready to host overnight guests but so far it has seen brisk business to its two floor restaurant/bar/lounge and cafe.
