A strangely familiar menswear shop opened its doors in Koreatown this year. It's not deja vu. The owner is a former partner in a similar Annex business by the name of Theodore 1922. His new venture continues the theme of fine tailoring and old-fashioned shopkeeping, but will his reputation for bad service follow him also? And can high-end suiting make it in K-town?
