Sweaty Betty's owner Pol Christo-Williams might just be the Charles Khabouth of the Ossington and Dundas West bar scene. His third bar (the other two are Sweaty Betty's and the Red Light) opened near Dundas and Dufferin earlier this month and it's already packing in locals for $5 tall cans of PBR, Star Wars pinball and microwavable bowls of Stag Chili.
