Dovercourt tiki bar is more dive than exotic hangout

Don't let its name fool you: this bar is more of a divey local hangout than a tropical paradise, and the owners have no plans to change it up. The crowd in this small and cozy spot is a mix of regulars, students, and curious Parkdale types, and you can even expect a live tiki band on Tuesday nights. Best of all, jello shots are just $2, and if you're dead set on it, there are indeed some tiki drinks available.
