Opened in the former Bar One space at Queen and Shaw, this restaurant has been generating some serious buzz with its nutritionally focused Canadian cuisine. And why not? Based on my recent visit, owners Jacob and Lucas Sharkey Pearce have got both the concept and the cuisine down pat.
