The Brick Works gets a locally focused cafe
After a series of delays that pushed back the opening date to late summer, Chef Brad Long has unveiled his new cafe at the Brick Works just in time to show off what the Ontario harvest has to offer. As one would expect given the location, there's a good selection of lunch and brunch offerings as well as a full dinner menu, all of which is thoroughly focused on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
