German-style sausage hall opens on King West

While the ping pong club hasn't yet opened, King West diners can rejoice that there's a new spot in the neighbourhood to fuel up on beer and sausage. Open in Marc Thuet's old Conviction space, this self-serve German beer hall inspired place wins points for killer duck-fat fried fries and a wide range of tubed meat ranging from chicken to kangaroo.
