The Annex's T-Cafe Confuses with Tea, Tapas and, uh, Sweet, Sticky BBQ Back Ribs?

A while back T Cafe in the Annex took over the space that Dooney's used to occupy. They offer an international assortment of teas and tea-infused foods including a changing tapas menu, baked goods, samosas and pub grub. It's a little confusing and got me thinking that this prime corner spot has something of an identity crisis.
