Can't We all be Frangipanes?

FrangipaneIf I were outside Dupont subway station, Frangipane would be my first choice for coffee, and maybe a cheese tart. It would also be my first choice for marbled chocolate therapy beans, dark chocolate cabernet cherries and whole Forelle pear poached in Niagara ice wine with almond frangipane tarts - if I had the extra cash.
