Kensington Market gets in on the Neapolitan pizza craze

Posted by Emily Burke / February 13, 2012

Pizzeria Via MercantiNeapolitan Pizza joints are sweeping the city, with neighbourhoods throughout Toronto getting in on the trend on what seems like a monthly basis. This new addition to Kensington Market won't win any awards for decor, but it might just set itself apart based on the pedigree of its pizza makers.

Berkeley Castle salon has loyal following

Posted by Robyn Urback / February 8, 2012

Navigate Salon TorontoGo ahead and try to find a negative review of this Esplanade salon. I dare you. Uh, well, maybe not actually. But it's clear in any case that the positive reviews far outweigh the negative, and I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with owner John Taccone. Him and the quiet seclusion, that is.
